The Fast R Nitro Elite 3 really surprised me, it’s light, responsive, and has this smooth snap that makes picking up pace feel effortless. I ran a 10K and did some intervals in them, and the carbon plate plus Nitro foam combo just works. The breathable, race-ready upper and excellent traction only add to the experience. At this price, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re chasing a PR.
