The Fast-R Nitro Elite 3 quickly became one of my go-to race shoes. It’s insanely light, and the bounce you get from the foam and carbon plate makes every stride feel effortless. I really appreciated the wider toe box. It gave my feet room to breathe during longer runs. If you’re more of a forefoot or midfoot striker like me, the ride feels smooth and propulsive. The Fast R Nitro Elite 3 really surprised me, it’s light, responsive, and has this smooth snap that makes picking up pace feel effortless. I ran a 10K and did some intervals in them, and the carbon plate plus Nitro foam combo just works. The breathable, race-ready upper and excellent traction only add to the experience. At this price, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re chasing a PR.
