This page consists of the terms and conditions of PUMA's promotions and sale. PUMA reserves the right to alter and amend following promotions and sale when necessary and/or appropriate.

1 . Extra 5% off ( up to Rs 400) Discount on Prepaid Orders

  • The offer of Extra 5% off (up to Rs 400) on prepaid orders is applicable on all products being sold on puma.com.
  • Only the customers making purchase through Prepaid Mode will be eligible to get the discount
  • The discount shall be automatically applied at checkout once you select the Payment Mode as Prepaid

3. Extra 5% off on selected products when applying coupon code “NORETURN” (No Return)

  • Customers must apply the coupon code "NORETURN" at checkout to avail this offer.
  • This promotion is only valid on selected products being sold on puma.com and Puma App.
  • Products purchased using the "NORETURN" coupon are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers are allowed to exchange the size of the purchased products within 10 days of purchase subject to product availability and exchange policy.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the "NORETURN" coupon will result in the cancellation of the order.

4. Shoe Swap Project

  • Avail 20% discount on billing NITROs in exchange for your old, branded running shoes.
  • This offer shall be applicable only in Bengaluru and only at the following PUMA Stores:
    • (1). Indiranagar 100Ft Road, Bengaluru; (2). Phoenix Mall Of Asia – Bengaluru; (3). Prestige Forum Falcon City – Bengaluru; (4). Brigade Orion Gateway Mall, Bengaluru; (5). Brigade Road, Bengaluru; (6). Nexus Koramangala Mall, Bengaluru; (7). Vega City Mall, Bengaluru; (8). Phoenix Market City, Bengaluru; (9). Forum Shantiniketan Mall, Bengaluru and (10)Jayanagar Puma Store
  • The Store staff shall, have the right to check the brand and the condition of the shoes brought in by the customer for the exchange. Upon the confirmation from the store staff that the said shoes are eligible for this offer, the store staff shall provide the discount code to the customer at the time of the final billing. The list of eligible brands shall be available with the store staff and shall be final. Any changes to the same shall be at the discretion of PUMA.
  • The shoe swap offer is applicable on all NITROs except DEVIATE ELITES, HYROX ELITES & FAST-R.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other running offer and/ or gift vouchers.
  • This offer shall be applicable only on the billing of the exchanged NITRO shoes. This offer cannot be availed on the final bill in the event the NITRO shoes is combined with other PUMA Products.
  • In the event the shoe brought in by the customer is not eligible for the swap and this offer, the decision of the authorised store staff shall be final. The customer shall not create any dispute and/ or disruption in this regard.
  • This offer is applicable only across select PUMA STORES in Bengaluru and is not applicable on PUMA.COM.
  • The offer cannot be transferred from one customer to another.
  • Once the offer is availed on one pair of old branded running shoes at one specified PUMA Store in Bengaluru, the same cannot be availed at another store.
  • Not applicable at Factory Outlets.
  • The old, branded shoes exchanged for the new pair of NITROs shall be donated.
  • In the event of any dispute arising from this transaction, the same shall be escalated with the PUMA authorities and shall be governed by the laws of India.

5. Bundle Offers

  • The offer is valid only on select merchandise available on puma.com and the Puma App.
  • To avail this promotion, customers must add at least 2 eligible items from the eligible selection. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • Offer valid while stocks last.
  • Products purchased using this offer are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, customers may exchange sizes within 10 days of purchase, subject to availability and Puma’s exchange policy.
  • PUMA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of this offer will result in the cancellation of the order.

6. Valentine’s Weekend Offer (13–15 February 2026)

  • Eligibility - The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years or above who meet the minimum billing value and is applicable across all PUMA Exclusive Brand Outlets (O&O and partner-operated), as well as on puma.com and the PUMA App.
  • Offer Details -Customers who make a single purchase of ₹3,499 or above between 13 February 2026 and 15 February 2026 will receive a complimentary 1-month EazyDiner Prime membership.
  • Issuance of EazyDiner Codes - For in-store purchases, a static EazyDiner code will be provided at the billing counter upon completion of an eligible purchase, while online customers on puma.com or the PUMA App will receive the code via both email and WhatsApp.
  • Validity & Redemption -The EazyDiner Prime membership will be valid for one (1) month from the date of activation, with the same validity applicable to both online and offline customers.
  • Returns and Refunds - Returns of PUMA Products shall be governed by the applicable PUMA return policy for the respective sales channel. The EazyDiner Prime Membership shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of The EazyDiner Prime Membership which is being displayed on Puma.com and PUMA APP T&C page
  • Customer Support & Liability -PUMA has collaborated with EazyDiner in good faith to reward customers, with PUMA’s responsibility limited solely to issuing the EazyDiner code, while all services, warranties, liabilities, platform issues, redemption, and membership-related obligations rest exclusively with EazyDiner, and the benefit is provided on an “AS IS” basis, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-substitutable.
  • Misuse, Fraud & Withdrawal Rights -PUMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or deny participation in the Offer in cases of fraud, abuse, non-compliance, or if the Offer’s fairness or integrity is compromised, is not responsible for misuse of issued coupons, and customers must keep their coupon codes secure.
  • Data Protection - By participating in the Offer, customers provide deemed consent to share their mobile number and/or email with PUMA and EazyDiner for administering the Offer and future marketing communication, acknowledge that PUMA is not responsible for any acts or data issues of EazyDiner, and consent to the necessary sharing of their information with EazyDiner.
  • Intellectual Property - All trademarks, logos, and brand names used in connection with the Offer remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing in these T&Cs grants customers any license or rights over PUMA’s intellectual property.
  • General Conditions -In case of any inconsistency, these T&Cs shall prevail over promotional materials, PUMA shall not be liable for system or technical errors, invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining terms, and customers must contact booking@eazydiner.com (mailto:booking@eazydiner.com) or escalate to contact@eazydiner.com (mailto:contact@eazydiner.com) for any issues related to the EazyDiner Prime Membership.
  • Jurisdiction
    These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction
