• Customers are allowed to exchange the size of the purchased products within 10 days of purchase subject to product availability and exchange policy.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the "NORETURN" coupon will result in the cancellation of the order.

4. First Order Extra 10% Off – Promotion Terms

• This offer is valid only for customers placing their first order on Puma.com or the Puma App (India), determined based on order history linked to their registered account.
• Customer must be logged in at checkout for the discount to apply; it will not reflect for guest or logged-out sessions.
• The Extra 10% discount is auto-applied at checkout.
• Promotion is applicable on selected products only.
• Valid for one-time use per customer, limited to their first order only.
• Cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotional offer unless explicitly stated.
• Valid only on Puma.com and Puma App (India); not applicable at retail/factory outlet stores or third-party marketplaces.
• Subject to stock availability of selected items.
• PUMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, and its decision on eligibility disputes will be final.
• All other terms, including returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds, are governed by PUMA's standard Terms of Use and Return Policy.

5. Buy 2 Get Extra 10% Off

• The offer is valid only on the purchase of two (2) or more eligible products in a single order.
• Customers will receive an additional 10% discount when they purchase two or more eligible products.
• The extra discount will be automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying conditions are met.
• The offer is valid only on participating products and may not be applicable to excluded categories or styles.
• The offer is applicable while stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• The company's decision regarding the eligibility and application of the offer shall be final and binding.
