• Only the customers making purchase through Prepaid Mode will be eligible to get the discount

• Customers are allowed to exchange the size of the purchased products within 10 days of purchase subject to product availability and exchange policy.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the "NORETURN" coupon will result in the cancellation of the order.

4. Bundle Offers

• The offer is valid only on select merchandise available on puma.com and the Puma App.
• To avail this promotion, customers must add at least 2 eligible items from the eligible selection. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
• Offer valid while stocks last.
• Products purchased using this offer are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, customers may exchange sizes within 10 days of purchase, subject to availability and Puma’s exchange policy.
• PUMA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of this offer will result in the cancellation of the order.

5. PUMA Birthday Bash Offer – Terms & Conditions

• During the PUMA Birthday Bash, 10 customers will be randomly selected to receive a full refund for their entire order, effectively making it free of cost.
• Eligibility applies to customers who successfully place an order during the Birthday Bash Sale period (10th September 2025 to 14th September 2025)
• Winners will be announced before 10th October 2025, after the return/exchange window has closed (10 days from the delivery date of the order). Refunds for the winning orders will be processed thereafter.
• PUMA reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
