This page consists of the terms and conditions of PUMA's promotions and sale. PUMA reserves the right to alter and amend following promotions and sale when necessary and/or appropriate.

1 . Extra 5% off ( up to Rs 500) Discount on Prepaid Orders (Except on FENTY x PUMA articles)

  • The offer of Extra 5% off ( up to Rs 400) on prepaid orders is applicable on all products (except on FENTY x PUMA articles) being sold on puma.com.
  • Only the customers making purchase through Prepaid Mode will be eligible to get the discount
  • The discount shall be automatically applied at checkout once you select the Payment Mode as Prepaid

  • Customers must apply the coupon code "NORETURN" at checkout to avail this offer.
  • This promotion is only valid on selected products being sold on puma.com and Puma App.
  • Products purchased using the "NORETURN" coupon are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers are allowed to exchange the size of the purchased products within 10 days of purchase subject to product availability and exchange policy.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the "NORETURN" coupon will result in the cancellation of the order.

4. Bundle Offers

  • The offer is valid only on select merchandise available on puma.com and the Puma App.
  • To avail this promotion, customers must add at least 2 eligible items from the eligible selection. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • Offer valid while stocks last.
  • Products purchased using this offer are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, customers may exchange sizes within 10 days of purchase, subject to availability and Puma’s exchange policy.
  • PUMA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of this offer will result in the cancellation of the order.

5. PUMA Birthday Bash Offer – Terms & Conditions

  • During the PUMA Birthday Bash, 10 customers will be randomly selected to receive a full refund for their entire order, effectively making it free of cost.
  • Eligibility applies to customers who successfully place an order during the Birthday Bash Sale period (10th September 2025 to 14th September 2025)
  • Winners will be announced before 10th October 2025, after the return/exchange window has closed (10 days from the delivery date of the order). Refunds for the winning orders will be processed thereafter.
  • PUMA reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • PUMA’s decision on the winners will be final and binding.

6.Usain Bolt in Mumbai – Event Terms

  • Ages 18+ only. Venue & club rules apply.
  • COVID-19 safety protocols in effect; organizers/venue may deny entry to ensure safety. Temperature checks may be conducted.
  • Buy tickets only from skillboxes.com. Carry valid government-issued ID.
  • Venue, schedule, and pre/post parties are subject to change; separate tickets may apply.
  • Security checks including frisking may be conducted. No dangerous items allowed.
  • Tickets are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold. Breaches may lead to cancellation without notice.
  • Attendance involves inherent risks (injury, property damage, theft); attendees assume all responsibility. Organizers are not liable for injury, food/drink consumption, or parking.
  • Entry grants organizers rights to use photos/videos of attendees for promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse or eject anyone breaching these terms, without refund.
  • Food and beverages are at attendee’s expense unless stated otherwise.

7. Sneaker Fest

  • Open to Indian residents aged 25+ with a valid mobile number or govt. ID.
  • To qualify, customers must purchase a PUMA Speedcat sneaker during Sneaker Fest (26–28 Sept) on PUMA.com/PUMA (http://PUMA.com/PUMA) App. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned are not eligible.
  • Orders must be successfully paid and completed during the Fest. Unpaid, failed, or cancelled orders are not eligible. COD orders qualify only if collected at time of draw.
  • Three winners will be randomly selected from eligible Speedcat purchases and notified via the email/phone used for the order. Winners must confirm acceptance (via email/phone) within 72 hours of notification. If they don’t, the prize is forfeited and an alternate may be chosen.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • PUMA’s decision on winner selection and eligibility is final and binding. Disputes, queries, or challenges will not override this decision.
  • If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the entry is void. PUMA may reclaim prizes if such action occurs after awarding.
  • Fraudulent/reseller activity (e.g., multiple accounts, bots, bulk orders, misuse of payment methods) will lead to disqualification.
  • Winners must bear travel, taxes, and incidental costs unless explicitly stated. By accepting, winners agree to reasonable publicity.
  • PUMA reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the party in case of unforeseen circumstances (venue issues, govt. regulations, natural events, etc.) without liability.
