1.Campaign Overview
The #RCBEverywhere Campaign is a User-Generated Content (UGC) initiative organised by PUMA India in association with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). The campaign celebrates the cultural phenomenon of RCB fans taking the new 2026 PUMA x RCB jersey to unexpected, extraordinary, and memorable locations across the world, and sharing those moments on Instagram.
The campaign operates on a simple premise: Real Fans. Real Places. Real Effort. PUMA does not invent fan behaviour — it amplifies and rewards it. Entries powered by artificial intelligence of any kind will be treated as a separate AI Entry category with its own reward structure.
Participants acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. PUMA does not encourage or endorse unsafe, illegal, restricted, or hazardous activities or locations, and shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Who Can Participate
- The campaign is open to participants worldwide. While the campaign is primarily targeted at fans in India, international entries are welcome and may be considered at PUMA's discretion.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of PUMA India, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, their affiliated agencies, vendors, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
- Participation is subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 Jersey Requirement
- Only entries featuring the official 2026 PUMA x RCB jersey are eligible. No previous season jerseys, or non-PUMA RCB merchandise will qualify.
- The jersey must be clearly visible and identifiable in the entry — either worn by the participant or prominently displayed at the location.
- PUMA reserves the right to disqualify any entry where the jersey cannot be conclusively identified as the 2026 PUMA x RCB edition.
2.3 Platform & Entry Requirements
- Entries must be posted on Instagram as a public post (Feed post or Reel).
- The caption must include the hashtag #RCBEverywhere and tag @pumaindia for the post to count as a valid contest entry.
- Accounts must be public at the time of entry and must remain public for the duration of each judging cycle in which the entry is being evaluated.
- Each participant may submit multiple entries across the campaign duration; however, each post constitutes one individual entry.
- Entries must be original content created by the participant. Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of any third party.
3. Entry Categories
All entries are categorised at the point of shortlisting by the PUMA editorial team. Participants do not need to self-declare their category. The classification of an entry as a “Real Entry” or an “AI Entry” shall be determined solely by PUMA at its discretion. Such determination shall be final, binding, and not subject to challenge or dispute.
3.1 Real Entry
- A Real Entry is a photo or video that documents a genuine, physical, in-person moment of the 2026 PUMA x RCB jersey being taken to an unexpected or notable location.
- The entry must represent authentic human effort — travel, planning, creativity, or access that required real-world action.
- No AI-generated imagery, AI-composited backgrounds, deepfakes, or digitally manipulated location overlays are permitted in the Real Entry category.
- Minor standard photo editing (brightness, contrast, colour grading, cropping) is acceptable provided the authenticity of the location and the jersey are not misrepresented.
- Real Entries are eligible for the full rewards tier including meet-and-greet opportunities, match tickets, and signed merchandise.
3.2 AI Entry
- An AI Entry is any content where artificial intelligence has been used to generate, composite, or significantly alter the image or video — including but not limited to AI image generation tools, generative video, virtual try-on, or scene replacement tools.
- AI Entries are recognised separately and are eligible for AI-specific rewards only.
- AI Entries must still feature the 2026 PUMA x RCB jersey and include #RCBEverywhere to be considered.
- PUMA's determination of whether an entry is Real or AI is final and binding.
4. Judging Criteria
The judging process is a two-stage system: PUMA shortlists the top entries from each weekly cycle, and the fan community then votes to determine the final weekly winners.
4.1 Stage 1 — PUMA Editorial Shortlist
Every week, the PUMA editorial team reviews all valid entries submitted between Friday and Thursday and shortlists the top 10 Real Entries and top 10 AI Entries. Shortlisting is based on the following weighted criteria:
Real Entry Scoring Rubric:
- Location Unexpectedness (30%): How surprising, remote, or culturally unlikely is the location? Everest Base Camp scores higher than a well-known stadium. The more jaw-dropping the 'why is the jersey here?', the better.
- Effort & Authenticity (25%): Evidence of genuine real-world effort — travel, planning, access. A jersey at a foreign landmark with proof of being there scores higher than a jersey in a backyard.
- Visual Impact (20%): Composition, lighting, framing. Is the image or video immediately striking? Does it make you stop scrolling?
- Jersey Visibility(15%): The 2026 PUMA x RCB jersey must be clearly identifiable. Blurry, partially hidden, or obscured jerseys will score lower.
- Storytelling & Caption (10%): Does the caption add humour, context, or emotional depth? A great story behind the photo elevates the entry.
AI Entry Scoring Rubric:
- Creative Concept (35%): Is the idea genuinely imaginative? Placing the jersey on Mars, in a historical painting, or in a cinematic scene that feels impossible — we're looking for ideas that couldn't exist in the real world.
- Execution Quality (30%): Technical quality of the AI output — lighting coherence, realistic integration of the jersey, overall polish.
- Jersey Representation (20%): The jersey must be faithfully represented — correct colours, crest, and PUMA branding as it appears on the 2026 edition.
- Caption & Context (15%): Humour, wit, or storytelling that gives the image meaning. A great caption can elevate a good image to a great entry.
4.2 Stage 2 — Fan Poll (Weekly Winners)
- The shortlisted 10 Real Entries and 10 AI Entries are published each Friday on PUMA's official Instagram broadcast channel and/or Stories as a poll.
- The fan community votes for their favourite entry in each category over a defined voting window (announced each Friday).
- The top 3 entries by fan vote in each category are named weekly winners.
- In the event of a tie, PUMA reserves the right to use engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves on the original post) as a tiebreaker.
- Voting manipulation, bot activity, or coordinated inauthentic voting will result in disqualification of the implicated entry.
4.3 Monthly Winners
- At the end of each calendar month during the campaign, PUMA will shortlist 12 Real Entries and 12 AI Entries from all entries received that month.
- A fan poll will again determine the top 3 winners in each category for monthly rewards.
- An entry that has already won a weekly award remains eligible for monthly consideration.
Judging of entries is inherently subjective and based on qualitative criteria. All decisions of PUMA in relation to shortlisting, scoring, and selection of winners shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or challenge shall be entertained.
5. Rewards Framework
Rewards are distributed as outlined in the table below. All rewards are subject to availability and PUMA's final confirmation. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. All player‑related rewards, including signed merchandise and meet‑and‑greet opportunities, are subject to player availability. PUMA does not guarantee the participation or availability of any specific player.
- Real Entries: 10 shortlisted/week > 3 winners/week get RCB match tickets/signed merchandise
- Real Entries: 12 shortlisted/month > 3 winners/month get Meet & Greet with RCB players
- AI Entries: 10 shortlisted > 3 winners/week get PUMA Gift Voucher (INR 5,000)
- AI Entries: 12 shortlisted/month > 3 winners/month get PUMA x RCB Goodie Bag
5.1 Additional Rewards (Throughout Campaign)
- Signed merchandise from Virat Kohli and RCB players — awarded at PUMA's discretion for standout entries.
- Player shoutouts on official RCB or PUMA social channels for selected entries.
- VIP match hospitality upgrades awarded to exceptional entries identified by PUMA's campaign team.
- Special discounts on RCB merchandise at PUMA stores and online — distributed via DM to selected participants.
- Any travel, hospitality, or related rewards are subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions as determined by PUMA, including but not limited to scheduling, logistics, and operational constraints.
5.2 Reward Delivery
- All rewards will be communicated and, where applicable, dispatched to the winner's nominated address.
- International winners are eligible for digital rewards (gift vouchers, shoutouts) only, unless PUMA confirms otherwise. Physical rewards for international winners are at PUMA's sole discretion and may be subject to shipping fees.
- Winners must respond to PUMA's DM notification within 7 days of receiving it, failing which the reward may be forfeited and offered to the next eligible entry.
6. Disqualification
PUMA reserves the right to disqualify any entry, at any stage of the campaign, if it determines that the entry:
- Does not feature the 2026 PUMA x RCB jersey or the jersey is not clearly visible.
- Was posted on a private account, or the account was made private after submission.
- Does not include the #RCBEverywhere hashtag in the caption.
- Contains AI-generated or digitally manipulated content submitted under the Real Entry category.
- Depicts dangerous, illegal, or reckless behaviour — including but not limited to trespassing, endangering wildlife, or unsafe stunts.
- Contains content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violates the community standards of Instagram.
- Has been submitted with the use of voting bots, automated tools, purchased followers, or any form of coordinated inauthentic engagement or voting or engagement manipulation.
- Infringes the intellectual property, image rights, or privacy of any third party without documented consent.
- Was created by or on behalf of a brand, commercial entity, or competitor of PUMA or RCB.
- Misrepresents the location, the circumstances, or the authenticity of the moment depicted.
- otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
Disqualification decisions made by PUMA are final. PUMA is not obligated to provide reasons for disqualification.
7. Content Rights & Consent
By submitting an entry to the #RCBEverywhere campaign using the hashtag #RCBEverywhere on Instagram, participants grant the following rights:
- Participants grant PUMA India and Royal Challengers Bengaluru a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the submitted content across all marketing channels — including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, print materials, in-store displays, campaign recap films, and official websites for brand, promotional, and campaign‑related purposes.
- PUMA and RCB may use the submitted content with or without the participant's username or handle, unless the participant explicitly requests attribution at the time of entry.
- Participants retain copyright ownership of their original content. The licence granted above does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
- Participants confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions from individuals appearing in their entry (including written consent from any identifiable third parties) before submitting.
- Participants confirm that their entry does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, including music, logos, branded environments, or artwork appearing in the content.
- PUMA will endeavour to credit winning entries when used in campaign communications, but is not obligated to do so in all instances.
Participants who do not wish to grant the above licence should not use the #RCBEverywhere hashtag or participate in the contest.
8. Dispute Resolution
- PUMA India is the final authority on all matters relating to the campaign, including but not limited to shortlisting, eligibility determination, entry categorisation, and reward distribution.
- Any disputes regarding the campaign must be raised in writing to PUMA India within 14 days of the relevant event (e.g., winner announcement or disqualification notice).
- PUMA's decisions on all disputes are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into beyond PUMA's written response.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from participation in this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. General Conditions
- PUMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice, including changes to the reward structure, campaign duration, or judging criteria without prior notice.
- PUMA is not responsible for any technical failures, network outages, Instagram platform issues, or any other circumstance beyond its control that may affect the submission or visibility of entries.
- Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
- These Terms & Conditions supersede any verbal or informal representations made in connection with the campaign.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between PUMA and any participant.
- If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants release Instagram from any liability in connection with this campaign.
- Any such modification or termination shall be effective immediately upon communication through PUMA’s official channels, and participants shall have no claim or right of compensation arising therefrom.
10. Privacy & Data
- By participating, participants acknowledge that PUMA India may collect, store, and use personal data (such as Instagram handle, name, and contact details shared for reward delivery) solely for the purpose of administering this campaign.
- Personal data shall be processed in accordance with PUMA's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- PUMA will not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for reward logistics (e.g., delivery partners).
- Participants may request deletion of their personal data after the campaign concludes by contacting PUMA India directly.
