PUMA India is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your order delivery date. In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, it’s on the house and we’re picking up the tab! 

If you are a registered user and want to initiate your free return then follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "My Account" option under quick links
  2. Go to your order history and click on Exchange OR Return
  3. Select the product you wish to return
  4. Select the pick-up address and pick-up date
  5. Choose the mode of refund and submit the request

Please Note: 

-- Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

-- Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition

-- Face Masks, socks and bodywear products are not applicable for returns

-- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

-- In case of purchase of multiple quantity the same the SKU (size variant), all quantities need to be returned

-- If you choose to self-ship your returns yourself instead of using Puma return logistics, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, please mention Order No on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. If shipment is damaged or any item is missing, Puma Sports India Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible for such damages. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs (Upto Rs. 200/-). Therefore, please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via Contact us option available on Website/M-site. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

  1. It should capture the weight of the return package.
  2. Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
  3. The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  4. The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.


This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd and accept Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd decision regarding the cancellation.

In case of requests for order cancellations, Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been invoiced, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
